DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We now offer a range of delivery services:

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and are sent with a delivery service that will require a signature on receipt, if no one is at the delivery address when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a card please contact them to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. 

If you select super saver delivery your order will normally be sent neatly folded, any creases should drop out once unfolded in a warm room alternatively  you can iron on the reverse on a low heat setting, if you require your item to be rolled please select the rolled delivery option at checkout. Express delivery may be sent folded or rolled we will choose the delivery service that will get your item to you in the quickest time.

Returns

Many of the goods we sell such as cut to size tablecloths and table protectors are non returnable under the consumer contract regulations as they are custom made / cut to order, additionally any bespoke or made to measure item from any of our bespoke services are always non returnable, however we do fully comply with the consumer contract regulations and full details of our return policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
